The Holy Hot Spring in Bali

 

Untitled-2-bnjar.jpgExplore The North Bali !!! The sacred hot spring of Banjar are set in the midst of the jungle in a beautifully landscaped tropical garden, close to Lovina Beach and it consist of three public and one private pool. Banjar Hot Springs is located at Banjar street, Banjar district, Buleleng regency, Bali. From Ngurah Rai International Airport just spend time around 3 hours 20 minutes. It is about 1,5 km from Banjar or 24 km from Singaraja town. To reach the hot water location in Banjar, we can use the motor vehicle through the main road with good condition.

The hot spring water gushes from the mouths of eight stone carved naga. From the upper pool the water overflows from the mouths of five more nagas into largest of three pools, which is square shaped and situated at a lower level.

Untitled-4-bnjar.jpgAdjacent to these pools is the third and smallest one from which the water poors down via three 4 meters hight spouts, giving you a strong, reviving massage. The public bath which is built by Japanese, now is exploited by public society. Beside of that, now this place is opened for tourists who can use this bathing place to swim in hot pool and also enjoy the water fall. Enjoying the hot water  fall, we can feel like squeezing, especially at pool equipped by the douche with the high about 3,5 meters, so that can make the body refresh and relaxation.

There are cozy restaurant of the grounds of the hot springs where you can have a good lunch against low prices. The nearest accommodations like hotels or lodging including restaurants are also available in particular at Lovina Beach area. There are many public transportation also available to connect the travel to Singaraja town.

Entrance fee Banjar Hot Springs IDR 5.000 / adult and IDR 3.000/ children, fairly cheap. And open daily from 08:00 am – 18.00 pm.  Untitled-3-bnjar.jpg
